| In 1973 Bill Kendall and Phil Murff, along with two other partners, formed the company Living Systems Incorporated. After 15 years of successful business growth, Bill and Phil decide to start their own company, and in 1988 Kendall and Murff, Inc. was created. Focusing on commercial construction, K&M, Inc. experienced substantial growth throughout the past 20 years, and continues to thrive today.
Mark Moehling has been with K&M, Inc. from the beginning and in 2004 was promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Together, Bill, Phil, and Mark look to build on the success of the company while remaining true to the same values and beliefs that have been associated with the company from the beginning.
Complete with a team of project managers and superintendents, K&M, Inc. is excited about its future in the growing field of commercial construction. For over 30 years K&M, Inc. has developed a reputation as a company providing superior construction services.
